Chocolate Needs Love & Attention

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Put your chocolates in the refrigerator or freezer until you are ready to unbox. 

 

​Try not to touch the chocolate or take them out of their box, the chocolate will begin to melt the more it is handled.

 

If the chocolate  becomes soft or starts to melt, simply place the box in the fridge or freezer for a few minutes so the chocolate can harden.

 

Our chocolates are best eaten at room temperature. 

 

You can also freeze the chocolate for up to 3 weeks or refrigerate them for 1 week. 

PICK UP & DELIVERY

We provide delivery to the greater Houston area for an additional $10 fee.

 

No-Contact delivery available to you or to your loved ones doorstep.

When choosing, no-contact delivery, please keep in mind you do need to meet your chocolates as soon as they are delivered!

​

Please don't make them feel lonely by leaving them on your doorstep in the hot sun.

 

Bring them in as soon as they are delivered to avoid your chocolates melting and place in refrigerator or freezer until ready to unbox.

SHIPPING

We are happy to announce that we are now shipping some of our items.

​

 We are beyond excited to start shipping our chocolates made with an XO outside of Houston, Texas straight to your doorstep.

​

Please note due to COVID-19 and the holidays, couriers are taking longer to ship priority mail. To avoid delays on weekends, we only ship Monday through Wednesday. Your special delivery should arrive anytime between Thursday to Saturday.

Once we ship your items it is no longer in our control, and we are not liable for the delivery. To avoid any shipping issues, please stay up to date with your special delivery by signing up for updates using your tracking number that will be provided when your item is shipped. 

​

We are shipping products that have NO PERSERVATIVES, this means we cannot guarantee the condition of your order upon arrival.

 

Overnight and second day shipping are the best options to keep product as fresh as possible.

 

However, we CANNOT be responsible for orders being broken, melted, or that have spoiled due to courier shipping delays, and/or if recipient is not at the delivery location to receive the package.

​

Make sure you are able to meet your chocolates as soon as they are delivered and avoid leaving them alone on your doorstep in the sun, which can cause your precious delivery to melt.

 

If your chocolate is soft, or you are not ready to eat them, gently place your box in the refrigerator or freezer until you are ready to unbox and ENJOY!
